Rau răm rửa sạch để ráo nước. Đậu phộng rang vàng, giã nhuyễn.
Pha nước mắm: 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh đường, nước cốt trái chanh, hòa tan. Sau đó, cho tất cả các nguyên liệu đã sơ chế ở trên vào tô lớn.
Cho tôm thịt, rau răm vào, nêm nếm lại vừa khẩu vị. Thêm đậu phộng giã nhỏ và ớt lên mặt.
